What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, company if you give it, project stage and message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
- Email and WhatsApp: if you write to us directly, we receive what you send, and WhatsApp's own terms apply to messages sent through it.
- Visit statistics: page views, referring sites and countries, counted without cookies and without identifying you.
This site sets no cookies and shows no advertising. The legal basis for handling a message is your request to be contacted; for visit statistics, our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site, protects the form against automated submissions and provides the cookieless visit statistics.
- Resend delivers the form's content to our mailbox.
- Google provides that mailbox.
These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation or any resulting engagement lasts, and deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, by writing to info@gossan.app. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
